Does it have any place where i can plug a sub into the back of it

becuase i am very confused it i can or not..

Some receivers DO have plugs in the back, but these are only for low current equipment like equalizers and CD players, NOT subwoofers. So, no, you cannot do this. You need to plug your subwoofer into the wall or the power strip that the rest of your HT system is connected to.

i can't find your receiver on the sony website, is that the exact model number thats on the front of the unit?

nooooo i mean like its connected to my cd changer


but like you know the other connectors in the back

it only has front speakers rear speakers and center speakers doesnt say sub or anything else or can i just plug it into anywhere

I think what you are asking is for a co-axial plug for your sub-woofer from the receiver. Some subs can be run 2-ways. Either with co-ax or by running the speaker wire from the receiver to the sub, then out from the sub to the speakers. Does your sub have connections for going out to the speakers?

Is this a home theater in a box? Is the sub pretty small, say 12" square and weigh less than 10lbs?
