I would have thought a video game exec has the ultimate control over a device like this. Huh. What a moron. So, he only pays for damage to the plane, but nothing for the cost of subsequent damage to buildings/etc due to the plane's delay in delivering water? I think he should be on the hook for that too, especially if someone died. That would be similar to not moving out of the way when an ambulance needs to drive a patient to a hospital.
