What do you actually know about California's taxes. Show where the money goes and pay attention to that, rather than just trying to hammer people for bitching about the tax money that's pissed away in a state where they don't even bother to monitor where the tax revenue is spent. So, he only pays for damage to the plane, but nothing for the cost of subsequent damage to buildings/etc due to the plane's delay in delivering water? I think he should be on the hook for that too, especially if someone died. That would be similar to not moving out of the way when an ambulance needs to drive a patient to a hospital.
