The mother/gardian/in charge (lady in black dress) should be held just as accountable as the two drivers. What a disgrace to parenthood.

Yue Yue (the kid in the video, now deceased) was simply left alone in the street! what did they expect would happen?
i say they should hang the two drivers and the parents. (the many passersby although looking very indifferent, at least had an excuse that a similar incident caused a good samaritan trouble).

if one can't take care of kids, keep it in the pants!

I got hit n run today. I don't know when, or how, but when I got home today, I noticed damage all over my front bumper including what looks like a big tire skidmark on the bumper and chipped paint.

I'm pretty speechless, and pissed off. What the hell kind of retard would hit a parked car?

One of my co-workers was just at our China division overseeing a new project we're doing for Oakley and he told me about that.

He said people drive absolutely INSANE over there! You have to be careful driving on the freeway because sometimes you'll come up on someone riding a bike! Also if a person misses their exit, they'll just turn around and go the wrong way to backtrack to the exit!

Oh my God! That video shook me up big time. I have a 2 year old little girl and can't imagine her having to go through that. That was f*cking horrible.

Human kind really has failed. When we eventually wipe ourselves off the earth because we're so stupid, I hope God learned from his mistakes and doesn't start over again and just leaves it to the animals. I am still wondering who is the bigger pile of excrement in the video, the one who ran her over, the ones who walked by, or the one who ran her over the second time.
