Was just thinking about him, was watching Harry Belafonte introducing Carlos Santana for a Kennedy Center honors ceremony and thinking of both of these trailblazers....RIP.

He was another very skilled actor. Like Betty White, he always delivered quality and brought up every scene in which he appeared. Goodnight to Sir, with love.

I watched a show about his foundation and he looked frail- they seem to be doing some really good work.

We have been lucky to have people like them in our time.
