RIP Stephen Hillenburg

Anyone with kids knows about Sponge Bob. Stephen died last night of ALS. I have 2 kids and we've been watching the show from the beginning. 20 years now, wow. Its one of the very few cartoons I actually enjoy watching. In fact the first movie I ever took my son to in a theater was the original Sponge Bob movie. Kind of a bummer.

I just saw that. No kids but I always liked this show. I'm not a regular watcher, but don't mind if I stop there once in a while and the movie was fun, too. If I were a parent it would definitely be on the approved watch list. RIP Mr Hillenburg....
