In one device that Mocana tested, they found that the TVs Internet interface failed to confirm script integrity before its OS ran scripts, among other holes. As a result, Mocana believes that this leaves consumers vulnerable to attacks that where fake credit card forms could be presented to fool consumers into giving up their private data, fooling users by redirecting them to imposter banking sites or commerce website, and monitor and report on users Internet habits.

Good to know, although I have to figure that someone that does their online banking through a TV web interface probably has some pretty big security holes in their home network anyway. Although possibly fewer than your local coffee shop with free public wifi. ;)
