The ending sucked.

They should have left out the ending and just let the audience ponder, like Christopher Nolan's Inception.

I just watched the unrated version alone with the subs off. I liked it. The ending made me miss Florida a lot. Shots of Quervo, a cigar and ice cold beers on one of those blistering hot days on Islamorada. The girl hasn't seen it so tomorrow it'll be the theatrical version played earlier w/ subs.

The music was pretty good in this. They open it up with that song Sway. This is the third movie I have seen this month with that song. It was in Beautiful Creatures as well but I forgot the third movie with it. Cool song. Even Sensi's rap was okay ... mostly okay.

What part did Carise play in this? The wife?
I wasn't drawn to that character at all. Many of you don't know but I am very deep.

Having watched it twice now I realized that I like the story, the acting, the audio and can even live with the ending but the gore? ... not so much. Liev Schreiber has the most entertaining character and he may very well be the best actor in the film but his is a lesser role. Worth a rental and a solid 3/5.

The unrated version had John Leguizamo in it and it worked better with him in it. It was probably one of the better parts of the movie.
