Wow thanks for the lead. By the time I went back to Dakmart the 3808 was gone. So I started watching eCost and just purchased a 3310 for $629 last night. This morning it is listed at $649 and showing out of stock.
Funny you say that, I just purchased a Denon AVR-1910 from ecost since the AVR-1909 I wanted wasn't in stock, and they had no eta. So I looked just now and it went down by $9, I called to see if they could refund me the $9, but they couldn't, and it was too late to cancel the order and re-order it. Oh well, not that big of a deal. I noticed dakmart was charging ~$325 + shipping for the same receiver. Ecost is great to deal with, and my parents got their AVR-1708 from ecost, it too was a refurb and it came packed just like new, and you would never know it wasn't.
