Receiver Upgrade Help

Looking to replace my old Sony STR-DG500 receiver. I have a Klipsch Quintet 3 center and Klipsch R-41M L&R speakers and also Definitive SuperCube 1 subwoofer. The only thing I use this for is for TV listening. No turntable, radio or bluetooth input. I'd like to stay below $500 if possible. Any help/ suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance.

How do you intend to use a center speaker and a subwoofer with a stereo receiver?

Sorry, I'm confused. The STR-DG500 powers both center and sub now.
The Cambridge is a stereo receiver. Your current one is a multichannel AVR (audio video receiver), which if you want to stay 3.1 you will need an AVR again.
