What watches are you looking at?

I like watches....

Newest one!

Nice Skagen. I had not worn a watch for years either but I got this one for my birthday. It is so thin and light I don't even know I have it on.

My current dream watch:
Yeah, dude.. I've seen that one.. that is a sick *** watch.

I've had my eyes on an omega speedmaster chronograph.

I have one watch that (most friends my age) are pretty dang impressed with and that my parents would probably be upset if they knew what I spent.

I have a tungsten Movado that I really like and the rest are just moderate. I really like the ultra thin Skagens, they are super comfy, look cool (IMO) and very reasonably priced, even for the swiss movements.

My favorite watch is one that only cost about a hundred bucks, its a REVO with a blue face..

This is the watch my wife bought for me when we got engaged. It is quite heavy so I never quite got used to it. Now that I wear the Skagen everyday I'm thinking I start wearing it more. It needs a new battery. I'd also want a new band. The one that came with it pulls the hairs out of my arm.

I feel I have nothing to contribute to the last few hours of this boring thread because I don't like watches. Maybe it is because it feels like you've got a can of tuna strapped to your wrist. The slim/light ones you guys are tossing up are kind of interesting though, and I should probably wear one once I get into the real world job thing, so maybe I will have to look into those...

Strube, I've been in the professional job market for over 13 years, and I don't wear a watch. To the best of my recollection, I never have worn one to work. I can always just ask someone else what time it is...in the rare event that it matters. :)

Most people I know just look at their cell phone...

Whenever I'm asked if I know what time it is I look and then say yes. Upon further prodding I always lie. Sometimes those people go home early and sometimes they work late ... but they never ask again.
