After that, I am embarassed to even show mine.

I built a stand for my TV before I ordered it and needed a place to put my (not small) center speaker. I came up with the following:

The whole thing was built from stuff at the local Home Depot, total parts was just under $150, including screws, wood stain, trim, lights, etc., etc.

It got the job done neat and tidy! What is the center speaker and how does it blend with the Magnaplanars?

It's a Magneplanar MGCC-1, and flawlessly, as you would probably expect.
