Question About the Icon Remote!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently bought an icon remote from x10. So far, I'm very happy with the way it's working. I do have one question though: It looks like there's a USB connection near where the batteries are. I know that the remote doesn't need to be hooked up to a computer (because I set it up without needing to do so) but CAN it be hooked to a computer?

Can you take a picture of the port?

Without seeing it my guess is that it is a JP1 connector for programming the EEPROM (memory chip that holds the firmware and learned commands).
