There's a Firmware update Version 1.10 from a year ago HTR-3072 Downloads which probably hasn't been installed. It's for
  1. Noise reduction during HDMI standby
There's an App to control this receiver somewhat. Check out the Yamaha App Overview

I hope this is helpful.

I also got some of the central speaker, and the 2 speakers in the back (I think those are called the surround speakers?):

Hey guys, again thanks for all the help!
I got the new AVR and can connect it with my phone trough aux/bluetooth and all speakers work now :)
TV also works with hdmi!

Only thing I can't get to work, is the yamaha app (even tho it shows my avr as supported).
It shows a few requirements:

But I can't find both "Network standby" or "Wifi/Lan/Network" settings on the avr (either trough remote or the avr itself)
I also searched in the manual but did not find anything about it.

But I guess I do not really need the app, would just a little quality of life upgrade.

Just as a little sidenote (thought it would be fun to share)

When I at first connected my TV with the AVR, it had a song already playing.
For some reason the AVR instantly went up to 100% and my room almost blew up, my ears are stull buzzing from 30 minutes ago. o_O

I guess I learned quick (and the hard way) because every time I connect something for the first time now, I pause the music and check the sound first. ;)

Unfortunately, that model does not support a network connection for use with the Yamaha Controller or MusicCast apps.
