Hi Ernie, I have the p362's and also the HB-1's you are using currently. For your rig, I think the P362's would be absolute overkill for rears. Rears just aren't used that much in sound tracks, you could do almost as well with much lesser speakers than the p362's. That being said, yes, the Primus would make fantastic rears, and be a big improvement over the little Hsu VT254 rears you are using. If you have money you are just itching to spend, and want to try out some new gear, than go for it. But I don't think it will be a mindblowing change in your system, simply due to the nature of rear channel programming. I think you could get 95 percent of the sound improvement of p362's as rears from the p162's or p152's.
