subs work when using terminals, however when i remove the jumpers and connect LFE in, they do not. Anyone know a solution?

This isn't meant to be patronizing...do you have the Polks plugged into an electrical outlet? You need to provide power to drive that built-in amp.

Also, do you have your Denon receiver set up to use the subwoofer output?

Plugged in, denon sends a perfect signal to the logan I have.. I dont have to use the lfe on the polks, just more or less curious why the built in subs dont work off an lfe signal but work when the jumpers are installed

Appears they have their own gain. What are they set to? Try setting them to 50% at first and adjust up from there. If plugged in, do they indicate the are "on" anywhere? It is possible the amps are dead and that might explain why the drivers function when the jumpers are connected.
