Getting old is hard and sad as the decline is inevitable, but some of us have a better starting point.
;)
Well 'Ike' was president when I 'started' , much better than starting today with the current misfit in charge and the next clown coming in January .........

Coffee prices expected to hit $12 a cup by end of year...
When that happens I'll drink water. I'm not paying $12 a cup.

The wholesale price of beans has jumped more than 30 percent just since the start of November. Futures prices for arabica beans — or what buyers pay for beans to be delivered from producer countries to ports in the United States and Europe — rose to more than $3.30 per pound in mid-December, breaking a 47-year-old record. That's nuts, all caused by weather. It may take up to two years for Brazil’s coffee crop to recover from the drought. I guess one needs to buy now and save.

Oh even orange juice prices are high, in Fla production plummets amid extreme weather events, incurable citrus greening disease and inflationary pressure . And Brazil its experiencing the same conditions as Fla.

Seriously, I have no life.
$12/cup, at Charbucks, or at home?

WRT Gaetz- his head has several holes- maybe he used caulk.

Can no longer buy a home? Easy- squat. It's the new way.

Soros getting a medal of Freedom- absolutely mind boggling.

Likewise, while I love my coffee I will do without, Our local diner just raised their price to $3 last week, out of principal I'll probably quit when it hits 5 bucks.
