Have two plasma tvs doing well, they haven't given me any reason to get what likely would be an OLED yet.
What brand are they and how many years have you had them?

I have a 15 year old 50 inch Panny which still works like a new one, except for a little screen burn-in. I might replace it with an OLED one next year because the newer product draws a lot less current.

Samsungs, a 59" I've had 16 years now I think, was their flagship at the time....haven't looked at hours lately but think last time I checked some while back it was over 20k. Several years ago picked up another 59", used, altho one model down believe it was only the lack of an anti-reflective coating the flagship had. It didn't have very many hours, IIRC something over 7k hours? Maybe I'll take a look at hours again, been using them a lot :)

My 52" Panny is also around 15 years old and still looks great. No issues with burn-in. Power consumption is the only issue, as you mentioned. The screen gives off quite a bit of heat and while that was not an issue in the basement, where it is cool, the extra heat in the living room is not desired.

I still have two Pioneer Kuros and the larger one just keeps chugging along as a primary usage unit in our Missouri house. Have had to recalibrate it once after the initial calibration and don't think I'm missing out too much when compared to the 4k units we have around the houses, mostly Samsung 8 series.
