PIONEER VSX-824-K SURROURD AUDIO OUTPUT IS VERY LESS

Dear Friends,

Please suggest the how to rectify the problem.

In pioneer VSX-824-K AV Receiver the surround left audio output is very less.

Unlike both speakers in a stereo which play equally loud, the surrounds are not called up on very often and their sound output is generally lower than the front mains because they are only putting out ambiance sounds and occasionally a sound effect.

If you want sound out of all your speakers all the time, find your "all channel stereo"* mode on your receiver and use that.

I have the 1122k,if you select ext stereo it should kick out alot better.And if you have the audio parameter menu setting go into that and select effect and set it to 90 as it will increase the drive.


As mentioned above the surround setting is more for ambiance.
