Hello,
I've been reading this forum for awhile but this is my first post. I just wanted to thank you folks for all of the awesome information!!
I recently purchased a Panasonic PT AE900U projector and love it! Before my projector purchase I was watching movies on my laptop so this is a great upgrade!
I have been using a extra pc to feed video to my projector. I'm using a standard vga cable from the pc's video port. The video card is a generic nvida.
My question is I'm experiencing some flickering while playing video or using the projector as a monitor. Do you think the flickering could be a symptom of the source? I'm considering buying a better pc card in hopes that it will clean up the signal. I'm guessing the best way to troubleshoot this would be to connect the projector to another source but unfortunately I don't have one available right now.
Anyone have any thoughts on how I should proceed? Would I see much improvement in quality if I got a better video card?
Thanks for your help and sorry about the rambling nature of my post!
