Folks!

Questioning here,

Can I set Pattern 1, use the mic and PEQ, save it and have 2 different setups? Then repeat a different scenario and save it as pattern 2?

Hope the question is clear.

Since this is a bit of work to do, just wondering, is the pattern 1 pattern 2 possibly different and this for each scene?

I have an older Yamaha RX A3060. I have two patterns saved. 1 "Through" mode (no Eq) 2 "Natural" mode (YPAO Engaged) With the Natural mode I have the sub bumped up a db or 2. Works pretty well for me. . You could save two patterns of Eq, I assume. Maybe copy the Natural settings to Manual, adjust the manual to you liking and save that one. Not sure if that answers your questions though.

Thanks for that, I will be trying to take different measurements for different configurations today. FRom what you are saying, it should work. So fingers crossed lol

Yes, you can set Pattern 1 with the mic and PEQ, save it, and then create a different setup for Pattern 2 and save that as well. Most systems with multiple patterns or profiles allow this functionality.
