Advice appreciated...

I have Denon AVR2805
Paradigm Monitor 7 V.4 (fronts) and two more I won't be using
Paradigm cc390 v.5 center
Paradigm Adp 390 surrounds
SVS 20-39i sub

For the rears should I consider some thing like a wall mount for the roof??? If so what model should I use.. Am I right in thinking the second set of Monitor 7's would be wasted as rears? Any other ideas?? Thanks (you guys have been a huge help throughout me whole theater room building process!!)

Speaker mounting

If you have a back wall, another pair of dipoles or bookshelf speakers mounted on the wall should work well for the rear surrounds. I think some of the paradigms have a switch so you can put them in "bipole mode" (firing in phase) for this type of application.

For wall or ceiling mounting, omnimount makes some hefty brackets that can handle 20-30 lb. speakers.

I have had Paradigm Mini Monitors as surrounds and they worked great. At this point they are in the den as part of a modest 2.1 system.

Depending on the size of the room and loudspeaker, having the unit wallmounted not too far off from the ceiling might be advantageous to augmenting its output - especially in the bass region.
