I don't know of anyone that sells Paradigm online that Paradigm backs. Go to their website http://www.paradigm.com/ they will tell you legitamate dealers. You definitely don't want to buy anything without a product warrenty from the company or time to trial the equipment.

Paradigm doesnt use ID. You will need to find a store.

I have never understood why some companies reduce their opportunities to make a sale like that. B&W is the same way (though they are among the only high end brands with local dealers practically everywhere.)

Don't be afraid, be worried about them. These guys are jokers, bad tempered, take forever to answer...Don't deal with them. Apparently they sell gray market stuff.

I tried to buy some Monitor Audio from them, and they wanted me to buy thru their page, but I needed more assurance than that. I sent them an e-mail requesting stock on them, as the website said they had plenty. After three days called them, and the guy was kind of annoyed that I was calling to check stock prior to ordering. He said he would call back, he never did. I called again I was bluntly told they didn't have any in stock. I'm sure they noticed I wasn't going to trust them until I had assurances.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
