Actually this whole business is quite upsetting to me.
This outfit produces 69 pages of product.
Yet, according to my research the company employs between 11 and 50 employees. I would bet most are marketing types and graphic artists.
You such have to wonder from whom, or where, they are sourcing this gear, assuming it is even worthy of the name.
Even their name concerns me, as I suspect the intent is to confuse OSD, with the renowned and ethical company OSC. OSC make, and produce some of the finest and robust class D amps available today.
This leads to the next issue. Class D amps need extremely careful design and implementation. They can not be done on the cheap, as if they are, you can guarantee unreliability and failures. Good design and exacting quality control are vital, as these amps are extremely difficult to diagnose and repair, and often not worth the time and trouble.
OSC have an extremely good reputation for reliability.
Critchfield seem to have gone into bed with this OSD outfit big time. I have never dealt with Crutchfield, and can not comment, other than to say this has made me wary.
