Onkyo 606-Audyssey Help

I recently purchased the Onkyo HT-7100 and have a few questions setting up the 606 receiver. First, I should say that I'm a noob when it comes to the world of home audio so please forgive my ignorance. I ran the Audyssey setup which produced the following settings-
Front-80hz FL +1, FR +1
Center-150hz
Surround-100hz SL +3, SR +3
Surr Back-120hz SBL -1, SBR 0
Subwoofer -11db

Do these settings seem optimal or does it solely depend on the acoustics of my room? One thing I did notice was that the bass output from the subwoofer was substantially lower after running the Audyssey setup, does -11db seem too low? What about the "Double Bass" setting? It's currently set to "OFF".

As far as listening modes I have it set to PLIIx Movie when watching TV, is that my best option? I have a PS3 hooked up via HDMI and use the Multichannel PCM for the audio when watching Blu-Ray which I read is my best option since the PS3 does the decoding.

As far as listening to my iPod- any suggestions for a preferred listening mode? Right now I have it set to all channel stereo.

Thanks in advance!

The most important thing that Audyssey does, perhaps the ONLY important thing, is dialing down ringing tones.

All the other stuff, distance, levels, etc, you can easily do yourself. Feel free to change settings, as Audyssey's EQ engaged should still be helping.

I have to admit, those are some pretty high xover points. I suppose HTIB speakers can be very small, but if you don't happen to crank it too loud or too often, I'd probably dial them down.

Forget double bass in your situation.

for i-pod, you already answered your question. "preferred" listening mode. Me? I prefer stereo as stereo.

If you wanted a much more thorough explanation of things, here is the 705 FAQ. Its pretty comprehensive, to say the least. Not all things will apply to you, but a lot of it just might. I don't have a 705 either, but I've used it myself as an 805 owner before.
