Oh, the tangled web they have woven. That's the problem with trying to bury your own sins, while projecting them onto others. Keeping your lies and conspiracy theories straight is hard work! Yet, with such a compliant SCOTUS, it's a trick that Trump and his sycophantic simpleton filled administration, adept at stepping on rakes, may STILL pull off.

I mean, with a possible parden in the cards, what are the chances that Maxwell will remember any MAGA Republicans being involved with Epstein, while flawlessly recalling every Democrat* that Trump may have in his sights.

*Along with a sprinkling of sacrificial RINO's to give the appearance of plausiblity.

LOL. . .just how many kids does Trump have? It seems like he's a lot of people on this thread's daddy. 264 pages of TDS? How do you find the time?

Time heals, but you have to let it start. It's going to take at least a decade before most people forget how the left constituency could either not tell that Biden was greatly diminished, or outright lied about it in favor of blind partisanship so, it's kind of hard right now to trust anything you say. Not really anyone else's fault.

It's also going to take that long before most people forget that the same people that didn't know about Joe, think Kamala is capable, or that can't tell that actors like Gavin Newsom is a bold-faced huckster, or that you are leaving the door open for dip-chips like AOC/Mamdani.

I have no reason to either like, or hate Trump, as he's never done a thing to me, personally. I tend to look at politics situationally, such as, what kind of conditions lead to certain trends or how positions are filled. It's unfortunate but, the left was in charge for 12 of the 16 years leading up to Trump 2. At some point you are going to have to own your mistakes before that healing thing I mentioned, can begin. To be honest though, you are not leaving much confidence to that end. None of this rabid media, and otherwise, self-inflicted-derangement, is showing much in the way of an ability to make sound decisions.

Why I don't really listen to Republicans anymore. It's a shame cause I'm sure there are some out there who have something to say.

Trump's long been LOUD and abrasive. He brings out the dumbest comments in people, and I wouldn't say he exactly attracts the finest. Trump was an instigator of hate. It was intentional and frankly what quite a few of them liked about him. Yet somehow magically you say it's all TDS (Trump's D--k Sags lol). Even now at Trump's most somber moments it still looks look like he's a top about to blow. (Thank you meds & anger management counseling!) Trump seems to thrive on chaos, and it feels to me like psychologically he's always at war with himself. It's one thing to agree with his policy and leave it at that, but I'd wager many like his personality. I don't really find TDS (Trump's Diarrhea Smells) to work because I think he's a prick. If it were Bush or Reagan DS I can see it because I never really found them to behave like a$$holes.

When I visited Scotland back in 2019 I believe, the Scottish people already immensely disliked that idiot in talking with people all over Scotland. It doesn't surprise me that the dislike has grown exponentially since then despite the propaganda claiming otherwise that was posted on here by "it" .

Republicans are shutting gown Congress until September to avoid Democrats forcing votes to release the Epstein files.
You are paying the salaries of Republicans to refuse to do their jobs so they can cover Donald trump’s potential involvement of a paedophile sex trafficker.

You obviously have too much emotionally at stake in this. In spite of all he's been thru, I think Trump's composure is rather remarkable. I'm kind of becoming a fan. We'll see what he can do. We had to do something different, even if it is wrong.

I've worked around tough and mean people my entire life in the trades and they're like water off a duck's back. As such, it's hard for me to be insulted by attitudes, or even direct, personal insult, for that matter. I would know how to deal with Trump in person, and I am sure that neither one of us would walk away butt hurt in any way. This is how blue collar America kind of works, at least for those of us who's personal beefs, haven't been handled by some HR dept or pampered by unions their whole life. Trump has 3.5 years to go. I'm hoping somehow that he does well. That's all I can do. I gave the same consideration to Clinton and Obama, too. Me sniveling all the way through, isn't going to help anyone, and certainly isn't going to make me look any better.

As far as supporting Trump? May as well, because, damn me if I dare disagree with the left's policies ever, even if I am one of them. I would be labeled a Trump supporter anyway and I damn sure don't agree with the insane hole the left is double-digging itself into currently. I thought it was just me, but a lot of my liberal friends have either jumped that ship, or are hiding out until this phase has passed. Harris and Walz were/are the absolute weirdest, scariest and dumbest thing I have ever seen in line for the presidency and in politics in my life time, as it was for 80 million other Americans, too, apparently.

I don't typically care about other people's politics, but then I start seeing the vibe venturing upstairs into other parts of forums and kind of spreads the stink around up there, too. It's what made me come down here and look in the first place.

Well, that is close, but 77.3 mil is much closer and 50.2% of the electorate voted for someone else. No, he didn't win by a landslide by a long shot unless you include stuff doesn't belong there. ;)

Hahaha.....I liked the part about "in spite of all he's been thru," implying it isn't his fault He from the get go escalated hate on the campaign trail in 2016. "Deplorables" wasn't a word created outta thin air. It was a comment on the behavior and climate Trump created due to the escalation. The rise of the alt-right during his first term wasn't by accident. It was directly tied to Trump's escalation of hate. Sean Hannity said in 2023 to Trump: when are you going to be nice? Meaning the closest guy to Trump in media didn't think he was. Trump was an instigator of hate, and I believe his deplorables loved it. What better way to OTL (ownthelibs) than with a$$hole supreme pouring gas on the fire. TDS is but deflection from the very point. If you like his policy, good for you. But leave it at that. He's a child with anger problems.

Correction: the rise of the alt-right was due to Trump's escalation, but also lack of Trump denouncing these fringe groups. As one writer described, Trump played "footsie" with these groups.

Accusations of "TDS" presuppose that the Trump administration is not conducting a massive assault against democracy and the rule of law in the US and that those expressing concern are overreacting. That presupposition would be wrong.

If there's any derangement to be concerned about, it's that which resides in the minds of MAGA - those that live in denial and blindly support him and those who support him with eyes wide open, uncaring about the chaos.

LOL drumphy's composure? What composure? He's got no composure, he's a lunatic.

Drumphy has already proved he can't do better but I suppose we can hope he changes for the better rather than keep devolving as he has been doing.

Drumphy has no idea of what the left is and doubtfully you do either. Drumphy is by far the scariesst, weirdest. most corrupt and and most perverted president ever.....by a long shot. Many white people couldn't stand the idea of another person of color, which helps drive drumphy's numbers for sure. Not the brightest white people either, mostly the kkk type.

You and Paul can be besties, tho.

From a general google search. Not a huge fan of Hillary, but ironically I think she was right about Trump during his first term. She also made another comment I agree with in saying MAGA cult members need to be "deprogrammed" LOL.

>>>During the 2016 US presidential election campaign, Hillary Clinton made a controversial remark about some of Donald Trump's supporters, saying that to be "grossly generalistic", one could put half of his supporters into a "basket of deplorables".

Clinton described those in the "basket of deplorables" as "racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic", stating that Trump had "lifted them up" and "given voice to their websites" and "tweets and retweets offensive, hateful, mean-spirited rhetoric". She added that these individuals were "irredeemable" but, importantly, "not America". However, she distinguished this group from another "basket" of Trump supporters, whom she described as people who felt let down by the economy and government and were desperate for change, stating that these were people to be understood and empathized with.

The remarks were made at an LGBT fundraiser in New York City on September 9, 2016, and were not in her prepared remarks. The next day, after facing backlash, Clinton expressed regret for saying "half", acknowledging that it was "grossly generalistic" and "never a good idea". However, she maintained that the word "deplorable" was appropriate to describe much of Trump's campaign and his association with hateful views and voices.

The "basket of deplorables" comment became a memorable episode of the campaign and is considered by some strategists to have harmed Clinton's campaign by potentially insulting white, working-class voters. Trump's campaign used the phrase against Clinton, and some of his supporters reappropriated the "deplorable" label for themselves. Clinton herself, in her 2017 book What Happened, acknowledged that her comments were a factor in her electoral loss. More recently, in September 2024, Clinton reiterated her belief that some of Trump's supporters engage in "hate and violent extremism", stating that "deplorable is too kind a word" for them.<<<

Bikers for Trump is dumb, especially considering bikers history. Doesn't exactly roll off the tongue with pride LOL. If it were Beetle Drivers for Biden, you'd talk about how dumb a group that is, and frankly I would agree. But it's partisan Trump dumb so there needs to be a weird justification. The last part of your paragraph is irrelevant to me.
Again, being a member of a particular group comes with assumptions by people who don't bother to consider all of the members. I know many bikers who don't like Trump and they range from low income to extremely high income. I don't discuss politics most of the time, unless someone says something that's just wrong or stupid, regardless of their political leaning.

Why do you care- do you have a deep-seated hatred of bikers?
