I actually got some driving time in the jeep today since I had to go out and price a few jobs {7 sales calls from this week, winter is here!!! supposed to be 28* tonight}
But it seems pretty nice, drives much smoother than I expected, and the interior is very confortable... I had one of my workers with me and let him drive half the day because my shoulder pushed into the driver side door wore thin fast, and he was also very impressed, he expected it to be like an offroad jeep fighting you while you drive, but its the opposite, very smooth....

The new Grand Cherokees have been much improved over previous generations. Don't discount them too soon because of past experiences

I just can't afford the damn things after buying a house! I was looking at the Santa Fe which I test drove and really liked, but it was the wife's turn so she got a new Odyssey and I took the old Odyssey. More room for my A/V work even if I don't look as cool as I did before. Fortunately, that's why I have the convertible in the garage.
