.....
I didn't even TOUCH a PC until I was in college.

You CAN teach an old DAWG to learn new tricks.:D
:D When I was in college, my senior year they came out with a four function calculator for $125 (no one could afford it; think of $1,250 or more in today's dollars) to replace the ole K & E slide rule ... PCs were still in the future :D

Yes, I agree we can teach an old Dawg new tricks; he is pretty sharp ;)

Pretty soon his new wife will teach him too ... no never mind .. won't go there

You guys ( AcuDefTechGuy and ParadigmDawg) as well as many others are great guys ..I was just joshing

Peace and Good Sound,

I don't have one in the living room. It is in my office but goes into the AVR in the living room.

I am not sure what aTerabyte is (thought it was a fancy Italian desert) but I see to have plenty of space on this new computer.:D
Hey Greg, sorry to hear about the computer problems. Looks like it is sorted now. Was this the one in the living room?

You can kid around all you want on any of my threads, you are one of the friendliest guys I know. You must be from Texas.

I am not new to wifes. I used to live in a >4,000 sq/ft house on a golf coarse and have 2 sports cars and a SUV. I married a girl from your neck of the woods (Whithouse) and ended up with a tiny house and a cheap SUV...

At least th marriage lasted for a few months...

Hey, can I lay this computer on its side? My last one had feet on the bottom and side so it seems it was designed to have it either way. This one only has feet on the bottom but it will be a better fir if it's on the side.

If there are no vents or fans on the side you want to put down then it should be ok.

I'm sorry I didn't find this thread earlier. I've had your exact same problem actually Dawg. What happened was that a 4 pin connector inside the case had a pin loose. This cause the HDD to not receive power as I was using a 4 pin to SATA power cable. Since you didn't state that you moved the case at all, I would assume this isn't the problem. But it's never a bad idea to redo all of your connections.

If you have already tried this disregard this post, I didn't have time to read all of the posts. SUPERNATRUAL IS COMING ON!!! WOOOOO

You're only about 12 days late, that's when I got a new computer.
