Seriously, I have no life.
I'll go along with that, even without tasting itI nominate Lombardi's in Little Italy NYC, I've yet to taste better. Start throwing the rocks gentlemen.
But, do you have access to that?

Mr. M,I'll go along with that, even without tasting itHard to come up with one unless many have been tasted and fresh in memory
But, do you have access to that?
Only problem with Lombardi's is that the lines are ridiculously long and you have to order a whole pie. For slices alone John's is amazing.I'll go along with that, even without tasting itHard to come up with one unless many have been tasted and fresh in memory

Pack it in dry ice and you will be all set to go. Overnight shipping will be pricey though.Congrats!!
I can take orders.... You let me know what you want and I can have it shipped down to Miami. Mozzarella will survive overnight shipping... not so sure about pizza though![]()
Miami is home to the best Cuban food I've ever eaten. Restaurant called Havana Harry's (it is a silly name...)- have you every been?? It was recommended to us by a friend who came over from Cuba on a raft (read: a dresser drawer). Our last trip was a very short "foodie" trip, 3 days, no kids. We ate at Babo's, Mesa Grill, Lombardi's, Ray's Original, El Posto, all excellent, NYC can't be beat when it comes to good food. We do have pretty good Italian spot near where I live, called Randazzos, best meatballs in Miami, no pizza.

Ray's original will actually ship you a frozen pizza overnight. You could always see if they will sell you one uncooked and pack it in dry ice. Still expensive though. Be sure to wrap pizza in plastic. Put the dry ice in sealed bags around it. Use a heavily insulated carton.
Nope - I agree. I think it's also the water - something is different about water in NYC, that makes that stuff taste so good up there. The only problem with an uncooked pizza is that your oven will never get it quite right like a real pizza oven does. I love to cook, and I've tried many times... there's just something missing...
I nominate Caveman Pizza in Little Italy NYC, I've yet to taste better. Start throwing the rocks gentlemen.
You must be a true Floridian. Are we talking nationally recognized chains, or any place anywhere? It might be hard to argue without a means of product comparison.![]()
Very true. From what I'm told, the pizza in Italy is MUCH different than American pizza anyway.
Now say it aloud.Tempting, teeeeempting!!
BOK!!!! LOVE IT!!Now say it aloud.![]()

No, not close at all to NYC and not sure if, but certainly will keep it in mindMr. M,
Access? I wish I could have Lombardi's everyday.Everytime I go up to NYC I stop at Lombardi's, their crust, sauce and mozzarella have no equal, I don't know why, maybe the water
or maybe so many years of perfecting the recipe has yielded a superior pizza. Have you ever tried it? If not, do yourself a favor, next time in NYC go to Lombardi's, you wont regret it.
There's strong evidence that they were America's first pizza, they still have their wood fired oven from 1904 and that's their second! No, not close at all to NYC and not sure if, but certainly will keep it in mind
They should franchise or deep freeze it and overnight itfrom the sound of it
