I tried eating something from them a few years back just for nostalgia (one of those sugar coated apple pies I think?) I almost heaved, it was like a mouth full of sugar. I can't imagine how I could ever have liked that stuff. Kids 
Never been a fan of unions, this was definitely a bad move. 18,000 out of work, not to mention the trucking and supply salaries lost. For the record, I don't eat that junk, I prefer Little Debbie!I heard about that a day or two ago. "No way will we allow you to partially cut our salaries...we'd rather make you have to cut them in full." Awesome.
It says they intend to sell the brand off, which means it WILL be something like that.At first I thought, "Well at least we still have Dolly Madison" but looks like Hostess owns them too.

The ones people are eating now were made in the 80s, they just got around to selling them now. I'm sure the stockpile will last a little longer.On the flip side, that probably won't make them any less healthy.

Hostess is like a convention for stupid people, that's for sure. I'm in the "who cares?" camp. Let this dog die, it has more than one kind of cancer.
