Buffalo & Cleveland.............. two mistakes on a lake !
Detroit is also on a great lake and they're still in it. BTW I've been to both Buffalo and Cleveland and enjoyed my visits.

One could argue the very southern tip, the majority is on the Detroit River and Lake St Clair. As for Buffalo, I was there as well, born and raised there 70 years ago ....... ;)

Seriously, I have no life.
I like all of your picks except Packers to win. I know that it's a longshot, but my team since 60s!
GB could have won just by making the two field goals and the two interceptions made it a close game- if Carlson had made those and assuming GB scored only once on those two drives, they win by 10.

Wide Right. That will go down in Bills history, :(
Yes it will, alongside Norwood. Thankfully I can still hold onto my memories of the Bills first championship season, 1964. I was at the game with my uncle when the 'hit heard round the world' took place, Mike Stratton taking out Keith Lincoln. To this day it's considered one of the greatest tackles in football history.

I was born and raised in Pittsburgh and spent some summertime in Erie at my great Aunts place. Loved the lake back then. :)

Erie, the shallowest of the Great Lakes was years ago a disgusting polluted mess, perhaps before your time ?

I’ll choose SF and Baltimore. KC surprised me last week though. It’s hard to bet against KC this time of year. LOL :)
After looking at the injury report from all four teams, don't know now with my pick for SB winner. All four teams are beat up with injuries. Between Ravens/KC, these two match up well against each other. KC/Ravens, X-factors are their QB's. Plus 1 for Ravens, only because this is home field advantage. Will Ravens QB choke? Will KC QB throw 2 picks? He is a bit of a Gunslinger that can come back to haunt him and it has in other games.

Lions/49ers, again both match up well, both have a good run game, 49ers has the better of the two, Actually the better run game of all four teams remaining. 49ers plus 2, home field advantage and the better run game. 49ers has the X-factor here. Best RB of all four teams. Lions will have to play a flawless game for a win.

This years AFC/NFC Championship game, has the strongest matchups in a long time.

After looking over the injury reports released today, I'm not picking a winner in either the Championship games or Super Bowl winner.

I was there twice as a kid in the late 60s and I didn't notice it to be a mess. We were visiting my great aunt and some 2nd cousins. I believe we visited the lake at Presque Isle near Erie PA. I also spent a few days in Cleveland late 80s and it was pretty bad then as I remember.

KC will be without a Pro bowl Offensive line starter for the AFC Championship game. Ravens starting Defense is pretty healthy they updated their injury list.

I think you'd have to give Mahomes the advantage over Lamar.
Also McCaffrey is great at finding the whole. On the other hand, Pacheco is probably the most punishing runner left. Depends upon what you want.
49ers I believe are 7.5 point favorite.

KC run game, no slouch either. For sure agree, Patrick Mahomes is KC X-factor. If this game is tied up late into this match up say 2 or so minutes left in the game and KC has the last drive for the win, put money he'll more than like win the AFC Championship.

As a Steeler fan I inherently dislike the Ravens. Go Chiefs!

I like all the teams up for the next two games this season, but am partial to the 49ers, was a season ticket holder for 20 years and all. Goff returning to the bay area might be interesting, tho. Ravens and Chiefs I just can't decide, have liked these teams for a while.
