They took their foot off the gas in the second half, but they kept enough control to advance. I'm looking forward to see Arizona vs. Carolina game.
And now Denver stole another game in the last minutes. I'll never be convinced the altitude doesn't play a major role. Denver's location gives them an unfair home field advantage. Now New England has to play Denver at 5,000 feet. Tom Terrific vs. Perfect Peyton, yet again.
It was interesting to watch that game and see all the guys on the sidelines with the oxygen masks on. You're absolutely right, if you're not used to playing in that thin air it makes a huge difference in your start to finish performance. I'm sure the Pats have prepared for this eventually. Possibly training in altitude masks. I can vouch for those things, they make your strain like crazy to inhale and exhale.
I don't know who I'm going to root for, if anyone, in the Arizona/Carolina game. Cam's a great player and an amazing talent, but for some reason he rubs me the wrong way. Meanwhile, I've been a Fitzgerald fan since he was in college so I'll probably end up rooting for the Cardinals.
It may be their 17th meeting, but IMO, still not old
I'll always enjoy the Peyton/Brady rivalry.
