1) "Amber" would seem to be a girl's name. Don't get many girls here. Some of these Neanderthals don't know how to talk to a girl too good. Me... I'm quite sensitive and understanding. I'll try to keep things simple for you.
2) You're new. The new guy always gets picked on. It's to see if you can take it, and dish it out. You should be able to dish it out.
