does the BIC VK12 have the same amp type as the SVS pb12nsd????

I don't think so. SVS puts very good amps in their subs. They make the best reasonably priced commercial home theater subs in my opinion.

I own and love my MiniVee. It is compact and compete w/any other sub. You can feel the power of this little guy. When watching a movie the MiniVee helps to take you into that scene. I smile evrytime knowing that I made the right purchase for me.

well i just made a big mistake... went to an audio video store today... had the pleasure of listening to a brand new b&w asw608.. wow.. this lil thing is truly a work of art.. very musical.. but because of its size i dont it will handle music .. it was in a room that was about 30 x 30 with 8-10 ft ceiling,,, looks like i have another sub to research,,, but i think i would prefer the 10" or the 12"

im still searching..

after doing my research,,, and doing extensive reading on many affordable subs.... I have decided to wait on the production of the scamp-10 aka sasquatch-10 aka SS-10....

I have lived with my current sub for almost 7 yrs,,, a few more months wont hurt,,,,,,
