New Wiim Pro Plus vs current Heos software in my Denon AVR-X2800H and AVR-S960H receivers.

Weird, I would had thought WiiM would of had it's own protocol for multiroom sound.

BTW, Heos got all glitchy again with my X2800H, S960H doesn't seem to be affected. So I'll likely keep the WiiM since Heos can't be trusted to be reliable. Shame considering what it has to offer as far as features.

If I didn't already have several Audio Chromecast units, the Wiim would be what I'd use.

When using TIdal, I don't have the option to cast to the Chromecast in the WiiM, only to use Tidal Connect. Now when using Pandora, I do get a Chromecast option in the WiiM. I'm guessing if there's a "CONNECT" option, you don't get the option to cast to the chromecast within the WiiM.

A recent firmware upgrade did fix my Heos receiver control so Heos is back to working correctly in the Denon AVR-X2800H.
