need help choosing

which one would you take and why brand loyalty or good experience is not a good enough reason. so please help me decide.

i think the last time i checked the yamaha ones state specifically that they are high current ones as a marketing thing

personally i always liked the pioneer

"High Current" is a typical marketing thing. I believe HK started using at some point. I like Yamaha receivers over Pioneer, but both are excellent. If you've always liked Pioneer, go with it.
