Easy enough to check with an ohm meter. Measure the resistance between the front and rear pins on the same side and see if it's zero. Appears to be a single sided circuit board so all of the tracks are on the bottom with the exception of a few jumpers. If the pin spacing on the new pot doesn't match, you can solder in whatever side lines up the front properly and for the phase pot bend the leads or snip the leads that don't match and solder wires on.
