Modest? Ha! I think that you passed that when you got the dedicated theater seats. :)

Very nice, indeed. I'll bet that it's a good time watching movies up there.

Hey, are your walls "pumpkin butter"? A strange question, I know...but I've been painting my kitchen that color, and it looks pretty similar.

I would have to say Modest is a couch and a table. You have yourself a full blown HT there my friend. Good job!

Hey nothing modest about that room. Those seats are sweet and the dual subs, very nice.:D

What's more strange is I also painted my kitchen "pumpkin butter" and "eastern amber" on the adjacent walls. The theater is "warm nutmeg"

Very cool! love the seats and the setup. Pretty clean looking.

MIKE, GET OUT FROM BEHIND ME!!!

Nice system Votrax.:)

Looks very nice and clean (as mentioned).

Have you tried moving your subs closer together and then moving your mains out and in a bit? They are very close to the rear/side walls and I think you will find that they sound better with more free space around them. Mine did;).

I'll have to give it a shot. I would also like to raise the back surrounds off the floor about a foot since the back of the couch is so high. I've also thought about changing them to wall mounted speakers.

I like it, that colour makes me peaceful. Very nice :D

You should get some speakers that match the room, those gray units are not up to par ;)

Holy crap! That's not a modest HT!

Room treatments?

I'm looking into some homemade ones for my 'truly' modest HT. ;)
