My DVD does not show any Video but powers on.

Ok. My i was looking at my Dvd player on the internet and saw there like an upgrade thingy for it. So I downloaded it stuk it in a CD and Loaded up on my DVD Player. The DVD Messed up, it stopped showing video but i knew it was on because the cooling fan would turn on. I called the company and they said there is a problem with the hardware and to ship it in to get it fixed. Does anyone know how to fix it? or would it be best to ship it and get it fixed and wait weeks. Thanks!

You downloaded an upgrade and now it doesn't work?

Did it work before you downloaded it?

If that's the case, I'd have some strong words with their CS.

What brand/model is this?

I guess, try applying the update again and see if it works....if it doesnt you will have to get support from them only.

Ok I cant update it because the DVd Door does not open
