Here's the sub I built with the help of a few members here and WinISD. I had a Kenwood KFC-W2509 car audio sub i wasn't using after going with a single ported 10 in my 97 silverado. I was interested in getting into home theater so i bought a dayton plate amp and built this 3.5 cu.ft. box tuned to 25hz, 3/4mdf with 1.5" mdf for the sub mounting surface. I wish i could have went lower but that was as low as i could go with a somewhat flat response. Never mind the stands its sitting on, i'm still trying to decide if i like it downfiring or forward firing. Im really happy with the performance, its such a huge improvement over the $50 HTiB sub i had before. when the Kenwood dies i was thinking about a 10" or 12" Dayton titanic sub, would that be a good upgrade? photobucket is being a real pain linking the pics so here's the links http://s163.photobucket.com/albums/t295/Driscoll_08/?action=view¤t=100_0486.jpg http://s163.photobucket.com/albums/t295/Driscoll_08/?action=view¤t=100_0489.jpg http://s163.photobucket.com/albums/t295/Driscoll_08/?action=view¤t=100_0489.jpg http://s163.photobucket.com/albums/t295/Driscoll_08/?action=view¤t=100_0483.jpg
