Multiroom audio control and a home theater

Hello,
I am new here but enjoy reading the forum.
I have ceiling speakers in my living room and bedroom. Outdoor Klipsch on the lanai and 2 more pairs (2 front low wall and 2 high back) speakers in family room tied to my Sony surround receiver (7.1 capable) With a center channel and sub (5.1). I would like to purchase a multiroom amplifier with the capability of using individual zone control for the rooms but still allow me to use my home theater setup. I am streaming in the family room with Apple TV gen 4. It would be nice to control all of this with an app on my iPhone.
I think that the Juke 6 could do this but I don’t know if others would work as well like Dayton audio DAX-88.? Others?
Any ideas on how to do this?

That avr doesn't appear to have pre-outs for amp flexibility particularly. The speaker positions for your main surround system are compromised already, too. Might reconsider the system altogether.....not unusual for the weird stuff you inherit with many home sales....
