Multi-room hdmi

I have a HD cable box, a pc, and a Xbox 360.

I want to connect each componant to 2 flat screens located in different rooms, with all 3 componants located in a 3rd room, through ONLY HDMI (no seperate audio cables).

I know there is currently no wireless solution available (Belkin and Phillips have been promising a release FOREVER, but I can't wait anymore).

What amp (or switch?) would you guys recommend/is available? To reiterate it needs 3 HDMI in x 2 HDMI out.

Video distribution

HDMI only works over relatively short cable runs (20-30 meter max) some you might consider other options like component video and a matrix switch like this one from impact acoustics.

Another coax cable can carry digital audio or 2 more coax for analog audio.
