When that happened to me, the power company had a failing regulator. I literally prevented a catastrophe in the local area.

I don't know if they should be blamed for this- a usable panel-mounted digital voltmeter can be bought for a couple of dollars and I doubt they would skimp on that........

I like my Monster Power Conditioners and Voltage Regulators. They work well and seem to do what they are supposed to do. I have 3 AVS2000s and the one just shows that the outpost voltage is in the 130s…not sure whether Im Able to fix it or just throw it out
