i just purchased mtx tp112 home pro speakers. my 100 watt per channel receiver power them well but i know they can kick harder. they are rated at 150 rms @ 8 ohms and 300max @8 ohms. i plan on purchasing the pyramid pa1000x amp. The amp is not easy on the eyes but it is compatible with home use and they can get the job done. the amp is rated at 175rms and 500w max also at 8 ohms or 1000 bridged @4. will this amp demolish my speakers or will i be able to run my speakers safely. thanks
