Just purchased this last week, and turns out I don't need it. Authorized Dealer purchased only a week ago, comes with all boxes, paperwork, cords, and receipt.
miniDSP 2x4 equalizes up to 4 subwoofers and the UMIK-1 microphone couldn't be easier to use...just plug into USP and you are ready to go...no soundcard calibration needed. Works like a charm...really flexible solution for 1 to 4 sub equalization.
Also comes with a power cord that I bought from the dealer (the miniDSP doesn't come with one in the box).
Mint condition.
