What's a guy gonna do? I've demonstrated from repeated experience that I'm a terrible handyman...and a slow one at that. At some point, stuff just has to get done one way or another.

Instead of contractor, let's say that I'm going to hire a tub, toilet, sink, shower, tile, plumbing and electrical specialist.
