Matching MS914 & MS300SYS

The time has come for me to upgrade my center and rears to larger speakers to complement my MS906 floorstanders. I will be selling the MS Premiere set to a friend who has MS914 floorstanders already. Before I ship these things off I wanted to get some opinions about whether these speakers would match. They seemed to do okay with the MS906, although the center was a bit weak. I've never heard the MS914. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!

Personally, i would *not* put 302's with 914's. It'd be like pairing a Volkswagen Golf with an Audi RS4. They just don't belong together, even though they're made by the same company. The 914's need something like the 912's or 903's. The 300's just won't be able to keep up.

I've seen the 912's go for about $270/pair locally and they looked and sounded great.
