Looks really nice, man. What became of the mirror from the dresser?

The mirror needs a dip or something from like a pro. It's too detailed for a light scuff and wipe. So it sits at Eddie's until I get around to finding a guy who knows a guy ... yo! I sort of gave the top of the dresser a good base of shellac. It can take subsequent coats without sanding ... if need be. I have to hit the top of the equipment armoire with deep love before anything. It's not apparent but it's taped off in that pic. It's a small area and I'm thinking of a rubbed finish. I'm in no rush for anything though.

It has begun. I'm wondering how many drugs I should take to counter the inevitable @ssaches associated with bringing those MBOW1 3-way speakers in. I've emptied out my record shelf as it will need to be cut down and wall mounted. Subs have to be moved. I guess the xo housing bases can stay on the bottom part of the woofer cabinet (but I don't like the look).

It's still a lot of work ... I need much drugs.

It's called ManTown because I (a man) decide what goes where. I have now allowed her to keep some shoes in the dresser drawers. I'm sure you'll find it hard to believe that she was surprised by that decision.

The other bass cabinet is on the other side of the desk. The pic is of the left side. That sub is upside down. I still need to wire this stuff up now that it's all moved around so no tunes yet. Last night I managed to locate the bananas I want to use ... baby steps.

Gene had time to completely redecorate AH (I really expected a better choice of smileys than the dozen or so). And all you can do is look for the right banannas?

Wow! I've been away 2 weeks, and you still haven't hooked up those 3-ways?

Got 'em going today. Haven't level matched anything yet but Van Morison is sounding alright. I really need to buy some binding posts and redo the wall mount deals ... down the road. The piano parts and the integration of that bass cabinet is pretty much what you'd expect. I already miss the look of the MB27s but I'm really looking forward to hearing a lot of music all over again.

Interesting configuration. Are the subs hooked up as well, or are you just running the bass modules? I bet the performance is killer.
