Loudspeaker Dilemma - What To Buy?

Hi! I am looking to buy a set of speakers but I am having problems deciding which ones I should get. I would appreciate any insight you might have that would help me make this decision. My receiver is a Yamaha HTR6290 and due to space restrictions I am looking for a 5.1 system. I already have a sub.

The two different speaker sets are:

Polk Audio RTi A7 (front)
Polk Audio CSi A4 (centre)
Polk Audio FXi A6 (rear)

or

Axiom M60 v2 (front)
Axiom VP150 v2 (centre)
Axiom QS8 v2 (rear)

Both are going for about the same price and the reviews are good for both. I am not stuck to either of these so if you can recommend a better set up for a similar price I'm all ears. Any input would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I can't comment on the Axioms as I have never auditioned them. As you can see from my signature, I own Polks Rti's and am very pleased with them. The polks sound is on the bright side. If you are looking for a neutral sounding speaker I would not suggest them.
Maybe someone can share info on the Axioms to help with your decision. You might also want to check out SVS they have a 45 day in home trial and good reviews.
If you can I would suggest taking a listen. In the end, the only review that matters is yours.

The Axioms seem to be on the detailed side (brighter) but imo thats ok. You will need to listen to both to see. If you are more HT than music that shouldnt matter either way.

I have an older Yamaha HTR-5280, and bought 5 Mythos 2s for 199.00 each, down from 549.00. But you must buy Silver. Black is still 549.00 each. Your newer Yamaha may even make them sound even better. You must buy the SILVER though.
