I haven't been this annoyed by a TV show that I liked and watched since The X-Files.
Oh, no, no, no.

What's annoying is that damn HEROES show!!!

I was so annoyed, I stopped watching it altogether 1/2 way through the 3rd season! I have completely given up on that show.

But I love LOST. I wish it could continue 5 more years...or 10...:D

Lost... the plot is lost. Has been for years. Waste of time show. Heroes rocks it. More fun, better acting (although neither is outstanding), and more engaging plots.

Any predictions or hope for tonight??
I believe we will learn more about the Smoke Monster. Perhaps, when he was once a man. However, sooner or later Jacob will be back into the picture some was some how. Furthermore, I suspect Charlie and Desmond will also come back into the game so to speak. What is your take?

Cheers,

Phil

Folks, not very many questions got answered last night. I did notice, that Jacob is back in the game. It also looks like Claire is merely freaking out.:D:eek: The question now is, how crazy can she get? My take is quite a bit. The next episode is supposed to answer a lot of questions. As such, I guess we will have to wait and see! ;):rolleyes:;)

The Japanese guy who is the leader of The Others said that Sayeed had something evil growing in him when he was revived. It appears that Claire with her baby "Wilson" has something very similar but it's been growing longer. She's one weird harpy. I'm enjoying it, but I think the plot complications have gotten so over-the-top that I'm not trying to figure it out...just along for the final ride, like the last season of The X Files.

Interesting perspective. Merely more or less this is what all of us LOST fans are doing as well. That is, simply allowing things to unfold via each of the last episodes. However, the next episode is supposed to answer many questions. Therefore, it is a wait and see scenario. One that is keeping me quite anxious. You are correct in that Claire has flipped her coop so to speak. Soon we will see how all of this fits together.

Nah, they probably won't answer many questions even in the final episode.:D

I think they will get us hooked and make a LOST movie franchise.

I've pay to see a LOST movie.:D

The way I see it, there is no way they will be able to answer all the questions in the final episode or two. So, unless they take the final 10 episodes to wind down the show (very unlikely as they're still introducing more questions than they're answering) prepare to be left with a pile of unanswered questions.

I can't see how there's any way they could pull some explanation for the whole thing out of a hat that fits into a single episode that's going to really have people going, "Oh yeah... Now it all makes perfect sense."

I guess the old saying is true, some people do have more money than brains. :p:D
I wish I had that problem.

I wouldn't mind that too much.:D

Like they say, sometimes it's just better to be lucky.:D

I wouldn't be surprised. It may just end up being what YOU the viewer takes from it. However, before that happens I certainly hope to get a few more questioned answered first! ;);) At least, more to draw upon.

True, but keep in mind that some questions answered may explain more than one thing. For example, we now know why the Others were so concerned with names. That is, they were written in a cave by Jacob himself. It is obvious by now, that Jacob is calling all of the shots. But, he has to by following certain rules. The question is, who is Jacob? Who or shall I say what is the Smoke Monster and how did he become a Smoke Monster after once being a man? Why were the people on the island brought there to begin with? I think you will find answering one of the questions will also explain some of the other questions and so forth. ;);) Of course, I could be wrong as this is just a guess.

It seems like all of them are doing much better in the "alternate reality".

What do you guys think?

It seems like their lives are slowly improving in this alternate reality.

I agree with this. Their problem is that they've made this crap up on the fly. I don't think they ever even had a rough outline of the entire arc of this series. Plane crash; weird island w/creatures; The Others...I think they've been playing it loose and fast ever since (and hitting the bong before most writing sessions).

Yeah, with the exception of Claire. Right now it seems she has flipped her coop so to speak. Oh, and what about Andrew? I mean Claire does not seem to realize he is already 3-years old according to Jin. It may not bode too well for Sayid as well. At least, according to the Others he is some how infected just like Claire. The question is what are they both infected with? What threat, if any, does that really pose? Hopefully, we all will know very soon the answers to some of these questions. Until then, the anxiety grows. ;):);)

No, I mean the reality where they landed in LA. Claire is about to give birth to Aaron in the hospital, Kate is getting away from the US Marshal, Jack is fixing is relationship with his son, etc.

I see. Well, from that perspective I would have to agree. You might have something there. The question is, however, how does this alternate reality fit into the grand scheme of things. Hopefully, we will know soon enough.
